Getting started

1. Create your account and pick a plan

Sign up with your email, then choose a plan on the pricing page. A plan is required before you can render — every plan refills your credit balance monthly (Starter 20, Pro 60, Agency 150), and annual billing gives you two months free. You can top up with credit packs any time; pack credits never expire while your account is active, and you can cancel from the billing portal whenever you like.

2. Start from a listing, a lead, or your own photos

There are three ways into the fly-through wizard, all under New fly-through in the app:

  • Paste a listing URL — Soarly pulls the photos, address, agent details and (when published) the floor plan straight from the listing.
  • From a lead — one click on any lead in the Lead Finder prefills photos, floor plan, title, overlays and the AI-recommended style.
  • Upload photos — drag and drop 3–50 listing photos (JPG, PNG or WebP; 5+ recommended). Large photos are compressed automatically before upload.

3. Add a floor plan (recommended)

A floor plan is optional but it is the single biggest quality lever: with one, the camera flies the home’s real layout — room to room through actual doorways — instead of a guessed order, and your film gets a “you are here” mini-map. You can add up to four plans (one per level). Floor plans are never rendered as scenes; if one sneaks in among your photos, Soarly detects it and moves it to the floor-plan slot automatically.

4. Review the route, then render

The Route step shows the film as a storyboard — every stop, every transition — before you spend a credit. Planning and tweaking the route is free; the AI route is included in your render cost. When it looks right, hit render: a 30-second film is 8 credits, and most renders finish in minutes. If a render fails, your credits are refunded automatically.

5. Share it

Every finished film gets a public share page carrying your logo, brand colours and contact card — not ours. Send the link, download the MP4, or cut a vertical reel for social. See Reels & sharing.
