Where does the listing data come from?
Out of the box, Soarly runs on a built-in demo dataset so you can try everything instantly. For live data you connect a provider in Settings — the Domain API for Australia or a Realtor.com feed via RapidAPI for the US — and the Lead Finder searches real active listings. Data is displayed in line with each provider’s terms of service.
Do I own the videos?
Yes. Every fly-through you render is yours to download, share, sell and re-license to your clients. Public share pages carry your logo, not ours.
Is the price estimate a valuation?
No. It is an AI-generated opinion derived from the listed price, suburb and property attributes — useful for pitching context, but it is not a valuation, appraisal or financial advice, and we label it that way in the product.
How does video generation actually work?
Soarly sends the listing photos to the Higgsfield video model with cinematography prompts matched to your chosen style, then assembles the generated camera moves into a single fly-through with your overlays. Typical renders finish in a few minutes.
What does a fly-through cost in credits?
30 seconds = 5 credits, 60s = 8, 90s = 12. A vertical 9:16 version adds 2 credits. AI lead analysis is 1 credit per listing. Your plan refills credits monthly and top-up packs never expire.
Can I use it for my own listings instead of selling videos?
Absolutely — agents are our second-biggest user group. Skip the outreach features, paste your own listing URL, and have a portal-ready video plus a Reels cut before your next open home.
Do I need my own Higgsfield or Anthropic account?
For production you bring your own API keys (we show exactly where in the README/Settings). Without keys the app runs in demo mode with simulated renders and a deterministic analysis engine so you can evaluate the full workflow free.
What happens if a render fails?
Credits are refunded automatically the moment a render fails, you get an email, and a one-click retry re-queues it. You never pay for a failed job.
Can my team share an account?
The Agency plan includes 3 seats with shared leads, pipeline and credit pool. Invite teammates by email from Settings.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — subscriptions are managed through the Stripe customer portal and can be canceled in two clicks. Unused top-up credits stay on your account.
